How much is postage?

Postage is FREE for orders $80 and over, being sent to an Australian address. Orders under $80 will be charged $7.00 postage for Parcel Post service within Australia only.

International customers will need to contact me for available postage methods and costs.

How long do I need to wait to receive my item?

All orders will be sent using Parcel Post, within Australia only. This service takes apparoximately 5-6 business days to be delivered once the parcel has been lodged.

If you require your order sooner than this, please select the Express Post option, which is listed as an actual product in the shop. This selection will incur a charge of $11.00, but will have a faster delivery time, being 1-2 business days after the parcel has been lodged.

For more information, please read about turnaround times on the Store Policies page, or contact me via the contact page.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

Your jewellery will be carefully packaged in a complimentary white cardboard jewellery box and then sealed inside a padded jiffy bag or parcel ready for safe postage. I try to recycle packaging where possible, so your order may come in a second-hand jiffy bag.

What is a black oxidised finish?

A black oxidised finish on sterling silver is achieved by immersing the silver in a chemical solution which reacts with the metal and colours the surface of the metal to a black/grey colour. If the metal is deeply scratched it will show the silver colour underneath, as it is only a surface colour enhancement.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Please see the Jewellery Care page for instructions on how to care for your jewellery.

What is a custom made item?

A custom made item is something that is made specifically for an individual, such as a ring to fit their specific finger size.

How do I find out what my finger size is?

Simply go into your friendly local jeweller and ask if they can check your ring size for the finger you would like to wear your ring on.
