Turnaround Times

Please allow up to 3 days from the date of payment before your item is sent out to you.

For all custom made items, such as rings and bangles, please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of payment before your item is sent, as it will need to be made specific for your order.

All items are sent using Parcel Post, for postage within Australia only. This postage service can take approximately 5-6 business days for delivery, after the parcel has been lodged. An email will be sent to you confirming that your item has been sent, with a tracking number for your parcel.

If you require your order sooner than this, please select the Express Post option, which is listed as an actual product in the shop. This selection will incur a charge of $11.00, but will have a faster delivery time, being 1-2 business days after the parcel has been lodged.

For orders being sent outside of Australia, please contact me for postage methods available and cost.


If for some reason you would like to return an item, please contact me as soon as possible detailing your reason for return and I will assess whether a refund, exchange or repair is applicable. Unfortunately due to health regulations, earrings and studs are not able to be returned, unless of course the product is found to be faulty.


Your delivery address details and email are the only personal details I will have access to when you place an order. These details are used only to process the shipping of your item to you and any correspondence needed to fulfill your order.

All new customer email addresses will be added to my mailing list, which receive email updates and special offers, no more than once a month. If you wish for your email address to be removed from this list, please send me a request via the contact page.
